นิทรรศการภาพถ่าย “บรมครู ศิลปินถ่ายภาพเอกรงค์”
นิทรรศการ “บรมครู ศิลปินถ่ายภาพเอกรงค์” จัดแสดงเนื่องในวโรกาสมหามงคลวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษาของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดชฯ ในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2556 ระหว่างวันที่ 3 ธันวาคม - 31 มกราคม 2556 และจะมีพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการและเปิดตัวหนังสือ วันอังคารที่ 3 ธันวาคม 2556 18.00 น. ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัย (MOCA BANGKOK)
เนื่องในวโรกาสมหามงคลวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษาของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดชฯ ในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2556 พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัยจึงได้จัดนิทรรศการภาพถ่ายขาว-ดำ “บรมครู ศิลปินถ่ายภาพเอกรงค์” ขึ้นเพื่อเชิดชูพระอัจฉริยภาพองค์เอกอัครศิลปิน พระองค์ทรงเป็นบรมครูในศาสตร์และศิลป์หลากหลายแขนงโดยเฉพาะทัศนศิลป์ สาขาภาพถ่าย ซึ่งพระองค์มีความสนพระราชหฤทัยมาตั้งแต่ยังทรงพระเยาว์
ในโอกาสนี้ทางพิพิธภัณฑ์ได้น้อมอันเชิญภาพถ่ายฝีพระหัตถ์จำนวน 9 ภาพมาจัดแสดงซึ่งนับเป็นการแสดงภาพถ่ายฝีพระหัตถ์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯมากที่สุดในรอบ 50 ปีที่ผ่านมา เพื่อให้ประชาชนชาวไทยได้มีโอกาสชื่นชมกันอย่างกว้างขวางและนับเป็นโอกาสพิเศษสุดที่ได้ รับเกียรติจาก “บรมครู” ทั้ง 26 ท่าน โดยมีศิลปินแห่งชาติ สาขาทัศนศิลป์ (ศิลปะภาพถ่าย) ทั้ง 5 ท่าน และบรมครู ถ่ายภาพเอกรงค์ที่มารวมตัวกันมาก ที่สุดถึง 20 ท่าน อาทิ ศจ.พูน เกษจำรัส, จิตต์ จงมั่นคง, ไพบูลย์ มุสิกโปดก, ยรรยง โอฬาระชิน, วรนันท์ ชัชวาลทิพากร,ศจ.สนั่น ปัทมะทิน, ระบิล บุนนาค, รัตน์ เปสตันยี, มล.ต้อย ชุมสาย, จีเส่ง หว่อง, เจน นิมมานนิตย์, ศจ.ชอุ่ม ประเสริฐกุล, เชาว์ จงมั่นคง, เดโช บูรณบรรพต, ประพัฒน์ จิตต์ธีรภาพ, ไพบูลย์ ศิลป์งามเลิศ, วรรณี ชัชวาลทิพากร, วิวัฒน์ พิทยะวิริยากุล (S.H.Lim), สรศิลป์ ตันติเมธ, สุขพล สุริยา, สุมิตรา ขันตยาลงกต, สุรัตน์ โอสถานุเคราะห์, หลิ่ม ลิบ, อัมพร ธนชาญ, อุดมศักดิ์ ตันติเมธ พร้อมศิลปินรับเชิญด้านประติมากรรม อ.ไสยยาสน์ เสมาเงิน มาร่วมจัดแสดงในงานครั้งนี้
นิทรรศการ “บรมครู ศิลปินถ่ายภาพเอกรงค์” จะเป็นตัวแทนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้จากผลงานถ่ายภาพของศิลปินที่เป็น บรมครูของแผ่นดินสู่นักถ่ายภาพรุ่นเยาว์ และผู้ที่สนใจในศิลปะแขนงนี้ เพื่อให้ศิลปะภาพถ่ายขาว-ดำยังสร้างตำนานการเล่าขานเรื่องราวการบันทึกประวัติศาสตร์ และบอกเล่าความเป็นไปของชีวิตผ่านภาพที่ทรงพลังสืบไป
พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัย (MOCA BANGKOK) ภูมิใจนำเสนอ นิทรรศการภาพถ่าย “บรมครู ศิลปินถ่าภาพเอกรงค์” การแสดงนิทรรศการภาพถ่ายซึ่งเป็นการจัดแสดงภาพถ่ายฝีพระหัตถ์และรวมทั้งผลงานจากศิลปิน ระดับบรมครู ในวงการภาพถ่ายขาว-ดำ มากที่สุด จำนวน 80 ภาพ นำมาจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2556ถึง 31 มกราคม 2557 ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัย โดยมีพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการ ในวันอังคารที่ 3 ธันวาคม 2556 เวลา 18.00 น. พร้อมกับเปิดตัวหนังสือรวมรวมผลงานภาพถ่าย “บรมครู ศิลปินถ่ายภาพเอกรงค์ – The Legend of Black & White Photo”

The Legend of Black& White Photo Exhibition
His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is in all aspects of photography. At the age of 8, Her Royal Highness Somdet Phra Srinagarindra Boromarajajonani gave the young prince his first camera. In those days, photographers had to be fully conversant with the principles of photography in order to achieve success. His Majesty had to study for himself. Finally, he became a proficient photographer. Since his very first camera did not have a light meter, he needed to be prudent. However, thanks to his inner talent, he could shoot confidently and skillfully. Although revolution has been taken place in the camera far from the past, he still used the same old camera – the standard one that professionals used.
King Bhumibol had a great ability in photographic art and technology and supported photographic society – making it recognized at the international level. Moreover, he was invited to take a position of Honorary Fellow by the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain. And The Federation International de L’Art Photographique offered Honorary Excellent FIAP certificate to him as well.
H.M. King always cares about the wellbeing of his people. He has invariably performed multifarious duties for the benefits and joy of Thai people. He has visited every region of Thailand, both in the downtown and in the country. He regularly brings a camera and maps everywhere he visits. The photographs, taken at those areas, mostly are snapshots for the reason that he does not have much time searching for a right angle. However, all of the photos - presenting the life of his people - turn out sharp and clear with good composition. He thoroughly acknowledges his people’s lives in every part of Thailand. Those photos become information for the King to solve the problems efficiently and immediately. His pictures do not make a real contribution to fine art only, but also to academic fields and can be adapted to support development of the country and peace of Thai people.
On the auspicious occasion of H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej on December 5th, 2013, Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA BANGKOK) has a bow and the exclusive opportunity to receive the honor on the “The Legend of Black& White Photo” of H.M. King and works from other "Photographer Master”, several National Artists, Visual arts (photography), and senior photographers have been selected and exhibited.
The Legend of Black& White Photo Exhibition represents the transfer of knowledge from the work of masters to young photographers and those who interested in this art form. Black& White photo art is the legends recount the story of the historical record and the possibility of life told through powerful images forever.**Please note that the reception will be in Thai only**
The exhibition will be on view since November 2nd- 28th, 2013 (Closed on Mondays)
