นิทรรศการศิลปะ "เมื่อสุวรรณภูมิเข้าใกล้ดวงอาทิตย์ : When Suvarnabhumi Orbits to the Sun" ผลงานโดย 23 ศิลปินไทย จัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 8 - 30 เมษายน 2566 ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัย : MOCA Museum of Contemporary Art

นิทรรศการศิลปะต้อนรับฤดูร้อนเดือนเมษายน... เมื่ออุณหภูมิเพิ่มขึ้น ส่งอิทธิพลต่อชีวิต อารมณ์ ความรู้สึกนึกคิด ก่อเกิดเป็นมุมมองชีวิต ปรัชญา จารีตประเพณีที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะในดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิ โดย 23 ศิลปินไทยถ่ายทอดมุมมองที่มีต่อปรากฏการณ์แสงอันเจิดจรัสในช่วงฤดูร้อน ผ่านศิลปะที่มีความเป็นปัจเจกภาพในช่วงที่สุวรรณภูมิใกล้ดวงอาทิตย์ที่สุดในรอบปี

นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่ทางพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัยจะนำผลงานสะสมชุดพิเศษจากศิลปินชื่อดัง อาทิ เฉลิม นาคีรักษ์ จำรัส พรหมมินทร์ สมพง อดุลสารพัน อิสระ หลาวทอง ประพันธ์ ศรีสุตา มาให้ทุกท่านได้ชมในนิทรรศการครั้งนี้ด้วย

Let’s welcome summer in April through the art exhibition…As the temperature rises, it has an effect on all aspects of our being and develops a distinctive worldview, set of values and social mores in this territory which 23 Thai artists express their perspective on summer's bright and burning light through their own art when Suvarnabhumi is closest to the sun in this year.

Besides, this is a great opportunity for the Museum of Contemporary Art to display unique pieces from our collection: Chalerm Nakiraks, Chamrus Prommin, Somphong Adunsaraphan, Itsara Laothong and Praphan Srisouta and many others.
