นิทรรศการ The Jungle of Form, Colour and Tempo ผลงานโดย คณากร คชาชีวะ (Knakorn Kachacheewa) จัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2557 – 17 มกราคม 2558 และจะมีพิธีเปิดในวันเสาร์ที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2557 เวลา 18.00 น. ณ แกลเลอรีชั้น 4 หอศิลปมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ (BUG) วิทยาเขตกล้วยน้ำไท

ชุดผลงานจิตรกรรมในนิทรรศการ The Jungle of Form, Colour and Tempo มีทั้งความน่าตื่นเต้นและน่าสนุกสนาน จากการผสมผสานและเผชิญหน้าระหว่างแนวงานแบบโพสต์อิมเพรสชั่นนิสม์กับแนวงานแบบป๊อปอาร์ต โดยศิลปินหนุ่ม คณากร คชาชีวะ ผลงานชุดดังกล่าวนี้มีความโดดเด่นในเรื่องของรูปทรงและรูปแบบที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ โดยมีของรูปแบบของอดีตทับซ้อนอยู่บนความเป็นสมัยนิยม

คณากรแตกต่างจากศิลปินร่วมสมัยจำนวนมากที่มุ่งเน้นที่จะค้นหาคุณภาพของแนวคิดในศิลปะ หากแต่เขายังคงมุ่งเน้นที่รูปทรง รูปแบบ สีสัน และคุณภาพทางสุนทรียะของงานจิตรกรรมที่มีเรื่องราวจากการสร้างองค์ประกอบของคน สัตว์ วิวทิวทัศน์และความเขียวชอุ่มของใบไม้ที่ถูกจัดวางผ่านลายเส้นที่มีทั้งเส้นตรงและเส้นโค้ง ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวจึงทำให้ผลงานจิตรกรรมของคณากรมีความตรงไปตรงมา ซื่อสัตย์ และปราศจากประเด็นหรือเนื้อหาทางการเมืองมาหนุนนำความเข้มข้นของผลงาน

The Jungle of Form, Colour and Tempo

The paintings in "The Jungle of Form, Colour and Tempo" exhibition cause the feeling of excitement and amusement. The mixture and the encounter between Impressionism and Pop Art made by the artist, Knakorn Kachacheewa, lead to the distinctive form and style arranged by the style of the past and fashion in layers.

Knakorn differs from many contemporary artists who focus on searching for conceptual quality in artworks. In his paintings, He emphasizes on form, style, colour and aesthetics quality. All of which bring about the composition of human, animal, scenery and green leaves arranged through straight and curved lines. With this reason, Knakorn's works are straightforward and honest without any need of political issues or social contents to strengthen the aesthetics flavour in his works.

"The Jungle of Form, Colour and Tempo" is exhibited during November, 15 2014 - January, 17 2015 at 4th Floor Gallery Bangkok University Gallery, City Campus. The opening reception will be on Saturday November, 15 2014, 18:00 hrs.
