นำทองแกลเลอรีร่วมกับ Mite-Ugro จัดนิทรรศการ Finding Me โดยศิลปินประเทศเกาหลีเป็นนิทรรศการที่นำเสนอมุมมองเรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสิ่งต่างๆในโลกปัจจุบันที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ด้วยเทคโนโลยีที่ทำให้โลกไร้พรมแดนมากขึ้นอย่างโซเชียลเนทเวิร์คทำให้ผู้คนสามารถติดต่อสื่อสารและรับข้อมูลได้อย่างแพร่หลายและทันท่วงที อย่างไรก็ตามข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ได้รับนั้นแตกต่างจากข้อมูลที่เราได้ประสบด้วยตัวเอง ด้วยข้อมูลที่แพร่หลายนั้นเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่มีความแตกต่างจากข้อมูลที่ผู้อื่นมีอยู่ จึงนับเป็นอีกปัจจัยหนึ่งที่ทำให้บุคคลิกลักษณะเฉพาะ ความเป็นปัจเจกของคนในสังคม รวมไปถึงเอกลักษณ์ของวัฒนธรรมนั้นๆเริ่มลดเลือนหายไป ทำให้ศิลปินกลุ่มนี้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของความเป็นปัจเจกซึ่งเป็นความพิเศษที่สำคัญต่อบุคคลหรือสังคมนั้นๆ

นิทรรศการนี้ยังนำเสนอภาพเรื่องราวที่เป็นการตั้งคำถามโดยศิลปิน เพื่อค้นหาลักษณะเฉพาะความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคลผ่านความคิดและประสบการณ์ของตน โดยมีรูปแบบงานเป็นสองมิติและลอยตัว ซึ่งศิลปินทั้งสี่สั่งสมประสบการณ์ที่นำมาถ่ายทอดในผลงานจากวัฒนธรรมที่แพร่หลายในสังคมและจากการเปลี่ยนเข้าสู่ยุคดิจิทัล การเปลี่ยนผ่านของสิ่งต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมอย่างรวดเร็วส่งผลให้ศิลปินสร้างสรรค์งานด้วยวิธีอันหลากหลายซึ่งเป็นอิทธิพลจากความสับสนวุ่นวายของเวลาแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็ว

Numthong Gallery cooperates with Mite-Ugro present "Finding Me" exhibition by Korean artists. This exhibition introduces the point of view of the fast changing society. A modern technology as social network helps people communicate and access to the number of information and knowledge without boundaries immediately. However, such information and knowledge are different from the ones in the past obtained by personal experiences because their inexperienced information and knowledge is nothing more than what others have. It is one of the factors that decrease an individual, cultural characteristics. Therefore, these artists consider the importance of individual, which is special to such society.

This Finding Me exhibition introduces visual stories of the artists’ questions for finding their identities through their personal experiences and thinking with paintings and sculptures. These artists experienced the time when nations shared their cultures with each other and the analog turned into the digital. In this exhibition, the artists who experienced the fast changes will exhibit their artwork created by various ways about their chaos from the time.
