แนวคิด
สิ่งแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติเป็นแหล่งที่ให้ความสุขแก่จิตใจมนุษย์ทุกยุคสมัย วิถีชีวิตในสังคมเมืองหลายอย่างก่อให้เกิดความเครียด การแสวงหาความสุขจากการได้สัมผัสกับธรรมชาติจึงเป็นกิจกรรมการพักผ่อนที่ปรารถนาของผู้อาศัยในสังคมเมือง ถึงแม้วิถีชีวิตส่วนใหญ่ยังต้องอยู่ในเมือง แต่เรายังสามารถสัมผัสกับธรรมชาติที่แทรกอยู่ในที่ต่างๆ เช่น สวนสาธารณะ มุมสวนเล็ก ๆ ตามที่อยู่อาศัย หรือแค่เพียงมองไปที่ท้องฟ้าก็จะพบความงามและความสุขจากธรรมชาติได้

City Escape: A Celestial Journey จึงสื่อถึงประสบการณ์การหลีกหนีจากเมืองไปสัมผัสกับธรรมชาติอันสวยงามทั้งโดยการเดินทางไปสถานที่จริงตามภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ของประเทศและของโลกและการสัมผัสด้วยใจที่เรียกว่า เที่ยวทิพย์ ผ่านสุนทรียรส ของงานจิตรกรรมที่ผสมผสานกันระหว่างศิลปะนามธรรมกับศิลปะแบบเหมือนจริง

ผลงานในนิทรรศการประกอบด้วย จิตรกรรมสีน้ำมัน สีอะคริลิค สีชอล์ค สี Gouache และสีน้ำ จำนวนกว่า 40 ชิ้น

Concept
The natural environment has always been a source of happiness and peace for human mind. A journey to countryside and rural places is a desire by most urbanites to escape from stress and anxiety caused by chaotic city living. While most of us still need to live and work in the city, we can still appreciate natural environments interspersed throughout metropolitan areas such as parks, small garden corners around the house, or just simply look up at the sky, we can find the beauty of nature.

City Escape: A Celestial Journey exhibition offers an opportunity to escape from day-to-day worries into delightful distractions. The interwoven of realistic and abstract paintings in the exhibition convey the feeling of escaping the urban chaos to engage with the beauty of nature both by traveling to actual natural locations in different regions of Thailand and other parts of the world, and by taking an imaginary trip to experience it with the mind even while we are still living in the city.

The exhibition showcases 40 paintings in oil, acrylic, pastel watercolour and gouache.
