A journey as an artist through paintings of “Thanarit Thipwaree” with “The Metafiction of ASIATOPIA” exhibition, the latest series which is about to be held soon. This is his fourth solo exhibition with a continuous narrative content, relating to the previous exhibition “The Opera of Metafiction”. This time artist expresses in a form of overlapped stories of westerners, representing a long history concept and it was inspired from the story of Ramayana since 5,000 years onwards. Moreover it had spread the idea of government about politics, religion and belief that had been embedded with a western perspective on perceiving the world and contemporary life.

Questions… Looking back to the present with a modern life, the world is currently all about the content, isn’t it?
A distorted culture is under a narration over an overlapped narration which became a culture of creating contents. Making an informational source from social platforms in order to support the idea of attempting to make one own self-esteem intricately and intentionally, which brought about the questions to a modern life that what is supposed to be remained and abandoned…

In this series, artist created with the use of imbrication art composition. Lessening and expanding proportions for the balance and for the pleasure to view a work of art. Therefore artist himself has an individual concept that a theory of art has no differ-ence from a philosophy, culture, belief, rituals, politics and freedom, moreover these all are the conditions based on life guid-ances and it became a struggle to connect with oneself’s inner heart as it was mentioned that

“A creation had occurred before a creation of a theory… A theory of a creation can not be used to create… and when a theory of a creation itself has been accumulated accordingly to each eras… It eventually became a wall against a creation directly”.

การเดินทางฐานะศิลปินผ่านภาพผลงานจิตรกรรม ของ ”ธณฤษภ์ ทิพย์วารี” กับนิทรรศการ “The Metafiction of ASIATOPIA” คือนิทรรศการชุดล่าสุดกำลังจะจัดขึ้นนั้น นับเป็นนิทรรศการเดี่ยวครั้งที่ 4 โดยเนื้อหายังคงเป็นการเล่าเรื่อง ต่อเนื่องมาจากนิทรรศการก่อนหน้า The Opera of Metafiction โดยในครั้งนี้ศิลปินได้เล่าเรื่องรูปแบบการทับซ้อนในเรื่องเล่าของชาวตะวันออก โดยนำเสนอแนวคิดที่มีความเป็นมาอย่างยาวนานและยังได้รับเรื่องราวที่มีเส้นเรื่องมาจาก รามายณะตลอด 5,000 ปีเป็นต้นมา ได้แผ่ขยายครอบคลุมแนวคิดของรัฐเกี่ยวกับเรื่อง การเมืองการปกครอง ศาสนา ความเชื่อ อันฝังรากลึกเป็นมโนทัศน์ของคนตะวันออกในการอ่านโลกและชีวิตร่วมสมัย

คำถาม.... เมื่อมองกลับมาที่ปัจจุบันกับชีวิตร่วมสมัย ทุกวันนี้เป็นโลกของคอนเทนต์ หรือไม่ ? วัฒนธรรมของการบิดเบือนอันตกอยู่ภายใต้การเล่าเรื่องทับซ้อนการเล่าเรื่อง กลายเป็นวัฒนธรรมของการสร้างคอนเทนต์ โดยมีโซเชียลเน็ตเวิร์กสร้างข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนความคิด ความพยายามสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือของตัวเราเองอย่างซับซ้อนและอย่างมีเจตนา นำมาซึ่งคำถามกับชีวิตร่วมสมัย อะไรควรหลงหลือไว้ อะไรควรละทิ้งบ้าง...

โดยผลงานชุดนี้ ศิลปินยังได้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดยใช้หลักการจัดองค์ประกอบการทับซ้อนของภาพ การย่อขยายสัดส่วนให้เกิดความเหมาะสม เพื่อเป็นอรรถรสในการชมงานศิลป์ ทั้งนี้ตัวของศิลปินเองได้มีหลักความคิดที่ว่าทฤษฎีศิลปะก็ไม่ต่างจากหลักปรัชญา, ประเพณีวัฒนธรรม, ความเชื่อ, พิธีการทางศาสนา, การเมืองและเสรีภาพ ล้วนตั้งอยู่ในสถานะการแนะแนวทางชี้นำชีวิตไปพร้อมๆ กลับกลายเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเข้าถึงหัวใจสำคัญเสียเอง ดังที่กล่าวว่า

“การสร้างสรรค์เกิดก่อนทฤษฎีการสร้างสรรค์…ทฤษฎีการสร้างสรรค์ใช้สร้างสรรค์ไม่ได้…และเมื่อทฤษฎีการสร้างสรรค์ถูกสะสมมาตามยุคตามสมัย…มันกลายเป็นกำแพงต่อการสร้างสรรค์โดยตรง”
