เพราะศิลปะนั้นไร้พรมแดน...
ละลานตา ไฟน์อาร์ต ร่วมกับ ริเวอร์ ซิตี้ แบงค็อก ขอนำเสนอนิทรรศการแสดงศิลปะ “The Distant Conversations” จากศิลปินนานาชาติกว่า 13 คน ที่ RCB Galleria ชั้น 2 ริเวอร์ ซิตี้ แบงค็อก
 
“The Distant Conversations” ประกอบไปด้วยผลงานศิลปะหลายแขนง จากศิลปินสี่สัญชาติ ได้แก่ กัมพูชา, อิสราเอล, ไทย และ ฟิลิปปินส์  ศิลปินเหล่านี้ได้สร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะหลากหลายประเภท ไม่ว่าจะเป็น แนวป็อปอาร์ต (Pop Art), คลาสสิค (Classical), แอบสแตกอาร์ต (Abstract), หรือ ศิลปะแบบเรียลิสม์  (Realism) ผู้ชมจะได้พบกับเทคนิคในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะหลากหลายรูปแบบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ภาพพิมพ์ (Printmaking), การวาดด้วยสีน้ำมันและอะคริลิก (Oil and Acrylic painting), การตัดกระดาษ (Paper Cutting), และการผสมผสานของงานหัตกรรมเซรามิกและเส้นด้าย (Mixed media of ceramic and yarn) นิทรรศการ “The Distant Conversations” ต้องการแสดงให้เห็นว่าพรมแดนทางเชื้อชาติไม่สามารถปิดกั้นความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของศิลปินได้
 
ศิลปินชื่อดังที่เข้าร่วมนิรรศการนี้ อาทิเช่น เดวิด เกอร์สไตน์ (David Gerstein) ศิลปินระดับโลกสัญชาติอิสราเอล งานของเขาได้ถูกสะสมไว้ที่สถาบันศิลปะชื่อดังมากมาย ทั้งใน อิสาราเอล, เอเชีย และ ยุโรป เจสัน มอนติโนลา (Jason Montinola) ศิลปินสัญชาติฟิลิปปินส์กับผลงานคลาสสิก (Classical painting) แนวใหม่ที่ส่งให้เขามีชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศ  อรรถสิทธิ์ ปกป้อง (Attasit Pokpong) ศิลปินไทยที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับนานาชาติจากการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานด้วยลิปสติกสีสันสุดร้อนแรง

“The Distant Conversations” is a group exhibition with the artworks of 13 international artists. It features interdisciplinary artwork created by visual artists residing in four countries: Cambodia, Israel, Thailand and The Philippines. Several art genres are on show, from pop art, classical, abstract, to realism, and a number of different disciplines:  printmaking, oil and acrylic painting, paper cutting, and mixed media of ceramic and yarn.
 
“The Distant Conversations” refers to the discourse of creative minds that goes beyond geographical boundaries. Renowned artists taking part in this exhibition include world famous David Gerstein (Israeli) whose large scaled vibrant artwork is collected in major institutions in Israel, Asia, and Europe; Jason Montinola (Filipino) whose classical painting with a twist brings him national and regional fame; and, Attasit Pokpong (Thai) whose women with bold lips paintings earn him international reputation.
