นิทรรศการศิลปะเซรามิกส์ “บูชา : Tribute” ผลงานโดย กิติก้อง ดิลกวัฒโนทัย (Kitikong Tilokwattanotai), แก้วฟ้า เกษรศุกร์ (Keofar Kesornsook), จิระ จิรประวัติ ณ อยุธยา (Chira Chirapravati Na Ayudhya), ฉัตรชัย เคียรประเสริฐ (Chatchai Kreanprasert), ต่อพงษ์ เชยชม (Torpong Choeichom), ไทวิจิต พึ่งเกษมสมบูรณ์ (Thaiwijit Puengkasemsomboon), นีโน่ สาระบุตร (Nino Sarabutra), นายดี ช่างหม้อ (Naidee Changmoh), พรพรรณ สุทัศน์ (Pornpan Sudasna), พรพรรณ สุทธิประภา (Pornphun Sutthiprapha), ไพบูลย์ ศรีสุทัศน์ (Paiboon Srisutat), ไมเคิล เชาวนาศัย (Michael Shaowanasai), ยุทธดนัย ศรีไพบูลย์ (Yutdanai Sripaiboon), วรวุธ สุธีวีระขจร (Worawut Suteeweerakajorn), วศินบุรี สุพานิชวรภาชน์ (Wasinburee Supanichvoraparch), อริยา สิทธิบุศย์ (Ariya Sitthibud) และ อมรเทพ มหามาตร (Amornthep Mahamart) จัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม - 2 ตุลาคม 2559 และจะมีพิธีเปิดในวันพุธที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2559 เวลา 17.00 น ณ ชั้น 2 หอศิลป์ สมบัติเพิ่มพูน แกลเลอรี : Sombat Permpoon Gallery

ศิลปิน 17 ท่าน: กิติก้อง ดิลกวัฒโนทัย, แก้วฟ้า เกษรศุกร์, จิระ จิรประวัติ ณ.อยุธยา, ฉัตรชัย เคียรประเสริฐ, ต่อพงษ์ เชยชม, ไทวิจิต พึ่งเกษมสมบูรณ์, นีโน่ สาระบุตร, นายดี ช่างหม้อ, พรพรรณ สุทัศน์, พรพรรณ สุทธิประภา, ไพบูลย์ ศรีสุทัศน์, ไมเคิล เชาวนาศัย, ยุทธดนัย ศรีไพบูลย์, วรวุธ สุธีวีระขจร, วศินบุรี สุพานิชวรภาชน์, อริยา สิทธิบุศย์, อมรเทพ มหามาตรนิทรรศการ "บูชา" ได้ความคิดจากลักษณะเด่นเฉพาะตัว ของสมบัติเพิ่มพูน แกลลอรี คือเป็นเเกลลอรีที่รวบรวมผลงานของศิลปินชั้นบรมครู แม้หลายท่านได้ล่วงลับไปแล้ว เเต่ผลงานของท่านยังคงเป็นเเรงบันดาลใจ และเป็นแบบอย่างให้ศิลปินรุ่นหลังได้ศึกษา ก่อกำเนิดสายใยอันมองไม่เห็น ที่เชื่อมโยงศิลปินรุ่นเก่าเเละรุ่นใหม่ไว้ด้วยกัน ภัณฑารักษ์จึงได้นำความคิดเรื่องสายใยที่เชื่อมโยงคนรุ่นหนึ่งไปสู่อีกรุ่นหนึ่งมาจัดเป็นนิทรรศการด้วย ความเคารพเเละความศรัทธาที่ศิลปินไทยมีต่อ พระพิฆเนศ บรมครูทางศิลปะจึงได้อันเชิญท่านมาเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของสายใยที่เชื่อมโยงศิลปินหลากหลายรุ่นนี้ เเละได้เชิญศิลปินทั้งรุ่นใหญ่ กลาง เเละเล็กรวม 17 ท่านให้มาสร้างผลงาน ใหม่ ภายใต้หัวข้อเดียวกัน พระพิฆเนศ โดยมีข้อกำหนดคือใช้เซรามิกส์เป็นวัตถุดิบ นิทรรศการ “บูชา” นำเสนอมุมมองเเละรูปลักษณ์ร่วมสมัยต่อ พระพิฆเนศ ผ่านประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว, การตึความเเละ ความศรัทธา ของศิลปินเเต่ละท่าน
ประวัติภัณฑารักษ์: คุณ วิภู ศรีวิลาศ เป็นศิลปินไทยที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านประติมากรรมเซรามิกส์ ผลงานของคุณวิภู ถูกสะสมโดยหอศิลป์ต่างชาติหลายแห่ง รวมทั้ง Clayarch Gimhae Museum, Korea; Craft Council, London; Shepparton Art Museum, Victoria และ National Gallery of Australia นอกจากสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะเเล้ว คุณวิภู ยังเป็นภัณฑารักษ์อิสระ มีผลงานจัดนิทรรศการศิลปะ ทั้งในไทยเเละต่างประเทศหลายครั้ง เช่น OBJECT:SPOON, USA 2013; Give Me A Spoon, Bangkok 2014 และ Return to Beauty, Brisbane 2016 คุณ วิภู สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทสาขาจิตรกรรมและออกแบบ (เซรามิกส์) จากมหาวิทยาลัยแทสมาเนีย ปัจจุบันอาศัยและทำงานอยู่ที่เมลเบิร์น ประเทศออสเตรเลีย เมื่อต้นปี พ.ศ. 2559 คุณวิภูศรีวิลาศ ได้ก่อตั้ง Clay LAB ที่ประเทศออสเตรเลีย โดยมีจุดประสงค์ให้เป็นสถานที่แลกเปลี่ยน ศิลปะและ วัฒนธรรม ของศิลปินนาๆชาติ

17 Artists: Amornthep Mahamart, Ariya Sitthibud, Chatchai Kreanprasert, Chira Chirapravati Na Ayudhya , Keofar Kesornsook, Kitikong Tilokwattanotai, Michael Shaowanasai,Naidee Changmoh, Nino Sarabutra, Paiboon Srisutat, Pornpan Sudasna, Pornphun Sutthiprapha, Thaiwijit Puengkasemsomboon,Torpong Choeichom, Wasinburee Supanichvoraparch , Worawut Suteeweerakajorn, Yutdanai SripaiboonThe exhibition “Tribute” derived from the unique style of the Sombatpermpoon Gallery where artworks by Thai masters are collected and exhibited. Although some had passed on, but their works still inspire and are continually studied by up-and-coming young artists. This has created an invincible connection between the old masters and the next generation of artists. Taking this connection a step further, The curator invited 17 artists at various stages of their career (early to established) to create new work under the Ganesh theme, using ceramic as the main material. Most Thai artists regard Lord Ganesh as the Grand Master of Art. In this exhibition, he represents a seamless art link that runs through the different generations of Thai artists. Through personal experience, interpretation and faith, “Tribute” presents a new perception and contemporary views of Lord Ganesh.
About Curator: Vipoo Srivilasa is a Thai born Australian artist based in Melbourne. He is a well established ceramic artist in both Thailand and international whose works are featured in public art institutions around the world including Clayarch Gimhae Museum, Korea; Craft Council, London; Shepparton Art Museum, Victoria and National Gallery of Australia. Apart from making his art, Vipoo is also an independent curator. He has stage a numbers of exhibition both in Thailand and aboard. Major curatorial projects include OBJECT:SPOON, USA 2013; Give Me A Spoon, Bangkok 2014 Return to Beauty, Brisbane 2016 Vipoo received Master Degree is Fine Art and Design (Ceramic), University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia. He is currently live and work in Melbourne, Australia. In 2016, Vipoo found Clay Lab, a space to host a community based projects and cultural exchange between artists in Melbourne, Australia.
