V64 art studio

พื้นที่ทำงานศิลปะในรูปแบบการรวมตัวและบริหารโดยกลุ่มศิลปินอย่างแท้จริง มีการลงเงินทุนและลงแรงทำกิจกรรมทุกอย่างด้วยกัน อาศัยอยู่และทำงานในพื้นที่เดียวกัน ในรูปแบบชุมชนศิลปิน ( Artist Community) ที่ไม่เคยเกิดขึ้นมาก่อนในประเทศไทย

V64 Art Studio มีกิจกรรมทางศิลปะที่หลากหลายให้บุคคลทั่วไปและนักท่องเที่ยวได้เข้าชมทุกวัน โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทางศิลปะวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัยที่ใหญ่ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย เปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2554โดยได้รับเกียรติอย่างสูงจาก ศจ.ดร.อภินันท์ โปษยะนนท์ อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมและอาจารย์ไกรศักดิ์ ชุณหวัณ เป็นประธานร่วมในพิธี

V64 Art Studio มีพื้นที่ 3 ไร่ ประกอบด้วยอาคารใหญ่ 2 ชั้น 1 อาคาร และอาคาร 1 ชั้น 2 อาคาร
1. พื้นที่ทำงาน ศิลปินใน V64 Art Studio จำนวน 70 คนในปัจจุบัน ได้ใช้พื้นที่ที่แบ่ง 37 (Studio) ไว้เป็นสตูดิโอขนาดต่างๆ สร้างสรรค์งานในรูปแบบของตัวเอง มีทั้งงานจิตรกรรม ประติมากรรมภาพถ่าย ภาพพิมพ์ เซรามิก งานสื่อผสมต่างๆ
2. ศิลปินแลกเปลี่ยน มี 2 สตูดิโอสำหรับศิลปินทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศที่ใช้พื้นที่โดยเงื่อนไข (Residence) ของการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้เทคนิคและวิชาการทางศิลปะให้กับบุคคลที่สนใจทั่วไป
3. สอนศิลปะและดนตรี พื้นที่ชั้น 2 ของอาคารใหญ่ ใช้เป็นห้องสอนศิลปะและดนตรี ที่สอนโดย (Academy) ศิลปินอาชีพ ในแนวคิดที่ว่า“ เรียนรู้ศิลปะจากศิลปินเพื่อคิดต่างอย่างสร้างสรรค์
4. ห้องแสดงงาน ห้องแสดงงานขนาดใหญ่ 2 ห้อง ที่มีไว้สำหรับการจัดแสดงงานศิลปะ (Gallery) ทุกแขนง สามารถปรับเป็นห้องเสวนาทางวิชาการศิลปะได้
5. ลานกิจกรรม ลานกว้างสำหรับกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งต่างๆ เช่น การเปิดตัวสินค้า การแสดงของเยาวชน คอนเสิร์ตกลางแจ้งขนาดเล็กแสดงงานประติมากรรม ละครและการแสดงบนเวทีอื่นๆจุคนได้กว่า 800 คน
 

V64- An old warehouse refurbished to provide over 37 studios and workshops for 70 artists to create their art, where the public are welcome to view the art being created, meet the artists, and buy art directly from the artist, and is the best art destination in Bangkok, helping to make the more beautiful& bright!
V64 is a cultural art-center based in the Laksi district of Bangkok & one of the larg...est in SE Asia. Owned& managed directly by the artists themselves, its aim is to inspire artists, collectors &enthusiasts within a studio setting by making art more accessible & to create an environment where it is possible to buy art, every day of the week. The core of V64’s philosophy is to create a unique creative space that provides solidarity, comradeship& understating of both artists& customers in the delights& working implications of art, making it unique& available to all. Now we have Gallery V64 for helping artists outside to exhibit their art here, and art academy, which is aim to teach the art for the new generation, also we run the Bar and restaurant here to offer the artistic place for art lovers enjoy the time in V64 art studio.
The individuality of its artists generates an artistic movement of fresh talent& offers innovative art that lies within this dynamic& progressive art space.

4,800 meter square space, 70 artists, 37 studios, 2 residency
