-About the artist
Ceremonial Pacha is a project to preserve the ancient knowledge of pre-Colombian ceramics instruments.
This project was founded by Pepe Adrian who was born and raised in Ecuador.
Born in 1988, Pepe has passionately devoted himself to his art, continuously learning new and experimental visual and auditory techniques. He began the journey by attending classes in ethnomusicology, the study of music in its social and cultural contexts. With this knowledge, he was able to learn the processes and mechanisms involved in the construction of ancient sound ceramic instruments. This is how “Ceremonial Pacha” ceramics instruments begin.
