นิทรรศการครั้งนี้ วีรพงษ์ นำผลงานที่ยิ่งใหญ่เต็มพื้นที่ ด้วยผลงานขนาด 2.8 x 12 เมตร และเป็นครั้งแรกที่มีการแสดงผลงานศิลปะในงานมหกรรมหนังสือระดับชาติเป็นครั้งแรก ซึ่งถือเป็นปรากฏการณ์ที่ยิ่งใหญ่และสำคัญยิ่ง

"สายน้ำแห่งกาลเวลาไม่เคยหยุดพัดพาเรื่องราวบุคคล กลืนหายเลือนรางความทรงจำถูกกัดเซาะจนผุกร่อนบิดเบี้ยว มนุษย์ฝากชีวิตและเรื่องราวที่ผ่านมาไว้เป็นรอยจารึกผ่านบันทึกและศิลปวัตถุ บรรจุคราบความรู้สึก รอยยิ้มและหยดเลือดหยาดน้ำตาในวัตถุ ประวัติของดาวเคราะห์โลกถูกดำเนินเรื่องโดยมนุษย์ ขับเคลื่อนด้วยความปรารถนาที่ไม่สิ้นสุด ฟอสซิลกระซิบบอกประสบการณ์ที่คล้ายความฝัน ร่างกายที่สวยสดมอบให้เป็นทุนสนับสนุนเพื่อสร้างผิวโลก วิญญาณยุคหินเก่าช่วยหมุนโลก ไม่มีสิ่งใดหลงทางพลัดหายไปจากที่นี้ ทุกชีวิตทุกสิ่งทุกเหตุการณ์ ความทรงจำ ร่วมบรรเลง ใน ปกรณัมแห่งประวัติศาสตร์"

เกี่ยวกับศิลปิน
วีรพงษ์ ศรีตระกูลกิจการ มีประสบการณ์การจัดแสดงผลงานมาแล้วมากมายทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศกว่าหนึ่งร้อยครั้งตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2545 จนถึงปัจจุบัน วีรพงษ์ยังได้รับรางวัลเกียรตินิยมอันดับหนึ่ง เหรียญทอง (ภาพพิมพ์) จากการแสดงศิลปกรรมแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 51 (พ.ศ. 2548)

แสดงผลงานเดี่ยวหลายครั้ง นอกจากนี้ยังเคยร่วมแสดงผลงานศิลปะในหลายประเทศทั่วโลก ได้แก่ ประเทศเกาหลี ญี่ปุ่น โรมาเนีย อิตาลี โปแลนด์ กรีซ เยอรมนี ฝรั่งเศส มาเลเซีย อียิปต์ สหรัฐอเมริกา สเปน สิงคโปร์เบลเยียม ตุรกี ไต้หวัน บัลแกเรีย ลาว เวียดนาม สาธารณรัฐเช็ก และสาธารณรัฐมาซิโดเนีย เป็นต้น

About Artist
Verapong Sritrakulkitjakarn has had experience in exhibiting in local and international venues over hundred times from 2002 until present. Aside from winning a national prize and showing his works in Thailand, Sritrakulkitjakarn has shown his works in many countries such as Korea, Japan, Romania, Italy, Poland, Greece, Germany, France, Malaysia, Egypt, USA, Spain, Singapore, Belgium, Portugal, Turkey, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Laos, Vietnam, Czech Republic and Macedonia.
