นิทรรศการ "ลูกผีลูกคน : Dehumanization & Demonization"

นิทรรศการ "ลูกผีลูกคน : Dehumanization & Demonization" ผลงานโดย กฤษฎา ดุษฎีวนิช (Kritsada Duchsadeevanich) จัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 5 - 20 สิงหาคม  2562 และจะมีพิธีเปิดในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2562 เวลา 19.00 น. ณ EX SPACE หอศิลป์สนามจันทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร พระราชวังสนามจันทร์ จ.นครปฐม

ภายใต้นิทรรศการชุด Excavation #2 I am not an artist, but I am... ที่ว่าด้วยการเชื้อเชิญบุคคลที่เคยทำงานคลุกคลีในการผลิตผลงานศิลปะให้แก่ศิลปินคนต่างๆ และปัจจุบันดำรงชีพด้วยอาชีพอื่นๆมาแสดงออกถึงกระบวนการคิด มุมมอง และประสบการณ์ในพื้นที่ EX SPACE

โดยจะเปิดตัวนิทรรศการแรกด้วย Dehumanization & Demonization นิทรรศการโดย กฤษฎา ดุษฎีวนิช ผู้มีอาชีพหลักเป็นภัณฑารักษ์และยังเคยทำงานคลุกคลีกับการผลิตและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานให้ศิลปินหลายคนมาก่อนหน้า

นิทรรศการ dehumanization & demonization คือการทดลองปลดปล่อยพันธนาการการสื่อสารด้วยศิลปะที่ตรงไปตรงมาเพื่อกระตุ้นการหาความหมายที่แท้จริงของการสื่อสาร ตัวอักษรที่ปรากฏซ่อนทับบนเรือนร่างวัตถุ พื้นที่ เเละตัวผลงานศิลปะ เป็นดั่งการเปิดพื้นที่ให้ให้ประเด็นทางสังคม/ การเมืองแทรกซึมเข้ามาอยู่ในเรือนร่างของศิลปะ ผลที่ได้ออกมานั้นคือ กระบวนการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมของผู้ชมที่จะเข้าไปศึกษาวิเคราะห์สิ่งที่น่าฉงนสงสัยต่อไปโดยมิได้ปิดกั้นเสรีในการรับชม

"Excavation #2 I am not an artist, but I am" exhibition series invites people who had been working behind other artist's production and currently live their lives in any profession but artist. The first show in the series features Kritsada Duchsadeevanich, a full-time curator who had vast experience in working alongside established artists in the production of their artworks.

Dehumanization & Demonization experiments with liberating communication through straightforward arts. It aims to stimulate the decoding of communication messages, engraved upon the bodies of materials and artworks. It also opens up a space through which social and political issues seep into the bodies of artworks. The result is the emancipation of the cognitive process of an audience whose interest and curiosity are piqued.

*This exhibition is part of Excavation #2 I am not an artist, but I am... exhibition series at the EX SPACE.

Opening exhibition is on Thursday 8 August 2019 at 7 pm.
